Welcome to MYS (Make Your Salon Furniture). This website (the "Site") is operated by MYS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MYS. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. OVERVIEW & ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products are designed for professional salon use; by purchasing, you acknowledge that the equipment will be used in a professional capacity by trained individuals.

2. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Color Variance: Because computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.

  • Dimensions: All measurements (seat width, recline angle, etc.) are subject to a standard manufacturing tolerance of +/- 2%.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

     

3. PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

     

  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

     

4. PAYMENT & BILLING ACCURACY

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

 

5. PROFESSIONAL USE & SAFETY LIMITATIONS

  • Assembly: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all salon furniture is assembled correctly and all bolts are tightened regularly.

  • Weight Limits: Exceeding the stated weight capacity of hydraulic pumps or chairs voids the warranty and may lead to equipment failure.

  • Professional Installation: We highly recommend that shampoo units be installed by a licensed plumber to ensure local code compliance. MYS is not responsible for water damage caused by improper installation.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall MYS, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from your use of any of our products.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The graphics, logos, images, and text on this website are the property of MYS. Any unauthorized use or reproduction for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
