Warranty Claim

All MYS products include a 1-Year Quality Warranty. To begin a claim, please provide your order number and clear photos and video that show the issue.

To submit your claim: Email your order number, a brief description of the issue, and links to your photos and video to chunhuili@makeyoursalonfurniture.com. Please use a shareable link for files that are too large to email.

After the warranty period, MYS may still provide repair support. The customer is responsible for the basic shipping charge and applicable repair costs.
